Let me teach you everything I know about Italian cooking, which is much more than just a recipe.

I grew up in Rome and moved to the US after university. I always loved the American culture I've learned through movies and tv, but never quite understood the difference in approaching food until I showed my American friends what cooking in Italy means.

Pre-pandemic, I helped a friend run her cooking school here in New York, "Cook&Party ". We taught New Yorkers that cooking is not a difficult, time-wasting task that could be avoided by ordering take-out. Our classes were an amazing experience and learning activity that left them with a delicious reward! 

Covid changed everything for all of us. Here I am now back in the City, ready to show again how easy it is to be immersed in the tradition della Cultura Gastronomica.
